Guanajuato, Gto., May 25, 2016.- This Tuesday in venue Belén from the Division of Architecture, Art and Design (DAAD) from Campus Guanajuato, began the fourth session of the Permanent Seminar: "Theoretical-Conceptual and Methodological Frontiers in Urban Studies, of the Environment and Territory", which will have the participation of scholars from five universities.
Dr. Jesús Gerardo Valdés Vázquez, Coordinator of Support for Research and Postgraduate and representative of the Rector of Campus Guanajuato, Dr. Javier Corona Fernández, observed that society recently began to recur to university researchers to solve diverse problems in the matter.
It isn't a tradition, he said, to recur to researchers from the point of view of construction, and there are problems from which many opt to hire offices, that finally don't resolve in depth, while researchers from the University of Guanajuato, create knowledge, not only theoretical but applicable, and little by little is being recognized.
He finally celebrated the participation of three national universities, UG, and one from Texas, which already have progress in the topic of the "Construction Law" which was created by the Romanian physicist Adrian Bejan.
On his part, M. Juan Martín Aguilera Morales, DAAD's Director, explained that this seminar contributes on new aspects in the generation of knowledge on new theories, above all the "constructing" theory that has been addressed by few, and the participation of professors from four universities, one of them, foreign, contributes greatly to construct a new theory towards this phenomenon.
Quoting the fourth session of the permanent seminar: "Theoretical-Conceptual and Methodological Frontiers in Urban Studies, of the Environment and Territory", they will review the details of the "Constructing Law: Rector Principles and Patterns in Engineering and Social Disciplines."
The seminar will take place in the Department of Architecture from DAAD on the 25, 26 and 27 of May, with the topics: categories of form and function in Architecture and its constructing dimension and the constructing theory in the subjects of Engineering and technological applications.
