Celaya, Gto., May 29, 2016.- With the intention to ease tools to find job, the Coordination of Encouragement to the Comprehensive Development of the Student, through the Job Bank and Interaction with Graduates, organized the "Labor Journey" with an attendance of a little more than 100 students, between students and graduates in Campus Celaya-Salvatierra from the University of Guanajuato (UG).

The activities consisted in the first approach through talks, workshops to write a resume and visits from the entrepreneur businesses that generate employment, as well as expert consultants in the hiring topic.

During the workshop offered by OCC Mundial, the participants were instructed in the activation of their curriculum on line and were given an induction on how to successfully use the platform, for example, creating filters by categories.

Once the curriculum vitae are concluded, the next step is the interview, therefore they had a workshop on effective interviews, given by EVER consultancy, who explained key points the applicant must have for any job offer and highlighted their presence, their clothing, speech, projected security and confidence.

Throughout several activities, the students felt motivated for concluding their studies and graduates with renewed motivation in searching for a job, equally, they habilitated modules of attention in different companies of the region to recruit students in the last semesters and graduates from the different educative programs offered by Campus Celaya-Salvatierra.

"We are interested in supporting students from the last semesters and graduates, and this is one of many strategies that the coordination is working on. To the activities attended really interested students, since one of the priorities is to have a good job" assured Lic. Diana Violeta Luna, who is the coordinator of the Job Bank and Interaction of graduates.
