Guanajuato, Gto., June 6, 2016.- Dr. Luis Felipe El-Sahili, professor at the University of Guanajuato, presented a conference and a workshop to students and professionals from Los Cabos under the name: "Social networks in the context of love and couple", the latter in within the framework of the First National Colloquium of Psychology, held in San José del Cabo.

The contributions for the state of art –from Dr. El-Sahili--, occurred during Thursday May 26th and derived from two of his most popular books: Psychology of Facebook (2014) and The Psychology in the era of internet (2016).

This congress was organized under the hosting of the "Universidad Mundial", led by M. Lino Renán Villavicencio Garayzar, as well as the College of Psychologists from Baja California Sur, presided by Lic. Isaac Figueroa. It is also the first event of this type to be done with a national character and had the participation of more than 130 interested.

The purpose of this event was to analyze the Psychology of love, the couple and family, to prevent latent risks that underlie the current social crisis, as well as to give a reference framework for future research in emergent areas, such as social networks and inadequate use of internet.

The congress occurred from May 26th to 27th 2016 and had seven conferences, five workshops, an analysis table and eleven specialists.

M. Emmanuel Villela Estrada, Coordinator of the Area of health Science and Behavior from UM, was one of the main organizers of the event, together with students from the degree of Psychology, who made an effort in achieving a quality colloquium and with transcendence for all the attendees.
