Guanajuato, Gto., June 20, 2016.- The Academic Coordinator of postgraduates from the Division of Economic-Administrative Sciences (DCEA) of Campus Guanajuato, Dr. Diana del Consuelo Caldera González, invited to course any of the four master degrees offered by the Division for the quarter Sept-Dec and whose admission exam will be done on August 13th.

Dr. Caldera highlighted that the master degrees in Fiscal, Management, Personnel Management and Organizational Development, attend the needs of the local market, the private, social and public sectors, since most of the students already have a job but come to complement their knowledge.

In an interview she explained that the profile of the postgraduate student doesn't necessarily must be from the economic-administrative area, because these master degrees are taken by medics, agricultural engineers, lawyers and graduates from other degrees, since the first requirement is to have a degree (major), pass the knowledge exam and the admittance interview.

"We are in a society of knowledge, where the ideas are values and generate added value for the organizations, disregarding the sector they belong to", affirmed the Academic Coordinator of Postgraduates from DCEA, who exposed that in the last decades, the job market has become every time more competitive and demanding, that is why not only with studying is not enough, but the employers emphasize the need of a more specialized preparation through a postgraduate.

"It is a fact that studying a postgraduate will help you personally and professionally, it will also help as a space to exchange good practices, since most of the students, that come from different sectors and jobs, they already have a job and expose their experiences seeking innovative solutions to problem, which generate with the guide of a professor who eases the process" affirmed Dr. Caldera.

Academic offer

The master degree in Fiscal is a program of long tradition that is in continuous evolution, given the fiscal reforms. Seeks to form professionals capable of analyzing, interpreting and synthetizing the diverse schemes of the national and international taxation, she indicated.

The master degree in Personnel Management, seeks to form professionals with the capability to design, develop and apply modern techniques of administration in the processes of incorporation, permanence and development of the workers, and the philosophy is the achievement of good work ambiences that improve the quality of life and organizational health.

Equally, the master degree in Administration, is accredited before the "Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología (CONACYT)" and enrolled in the National Census of Quality Postgraduates. This program rescues the topic of social commitment, sustainability, leadership and ethic appreciation and also has the profile to orient in the generation of business.

Finally, the master degree in Organizational Development has a recently redesigned program, and the first generation just began in January; and the objective of this program is to form people with a systemic and comprehensive focus and seeks to provide the students with tools to ease the change processes, development and transformation that has an impact in an individual, organizational and social levels.
