Guanajuato, Gto. a 30 de julio de 2016.- With the finality to offer a better service and make accessible for students the administrative procedures of interest, the General Coordination of Academic Development of Campus Guanajuato designed a friendlier presentation of these services through the official web page, which will ease the student all the procedures.

In the presentation of this technological tool for the administrative and tutorial personnel, the Rector of Campus Guanajuato, Dr. Javier Corona Fernández, observed that even these measures contribute on avoiding school desertion, because tortuous administrative procedures can lead students to desist continuing at the University of Guanajuato.

Dr. Corona Fernández observed that the configuration of Campus Guanajuato itself is already complicated, there are division that have many venues and the lag of the community in their own spaces has been registered, hence easing the administrative part is a challenge of a University that gathers dozens of thousands of people.

In that sense, he recognized the work of the personnel of the General Coordination of the Academic Development, presided by Dr. Elba Margarita Sánchez Rolón, to ease the student the trajectory and they can use in advance the technological possibilities and through the webpage of Campus Guanajuato, identify the documents, places and people they can go to.

The details of the service were exposed, Lic. Juan Bardo Rodríguez de la Vega, Coordinator of School Affairs; Eng. Eduardo Calderón Rivas, Coordinator of Encouragement of the Student's Comprehensive Development, and Lic. Ana Lorena Castro, from General Coordination's Support, besides Dr. Elba Margarita Sánchez Rolón, General Coordinator of Academic Development.

In the presentation of documents and services of the General Coordination of Academic Development, began the exchange of the administrative personnel that was interested, among other topics, in tutoring, Social Security association, degree and enrollment.

The call of the Rector of Campus Guanajuato to all the personnel, was the broad diffusion of this technological tool between the administrative and teaching staff, to provide better attention among the students at the University of Guanajuato.
