León, Gto., August 4, 2016.- Within the student mobility program for this term Aug-Dec 2016, UG's Campus Leon, received 21 foreign and national students, that throughout the year they'll be part of their enrollment.

The young students come from countries such as Argentina, Germany, Spain and from states in the country such as Puebla, Durango, Chiapas, Zacatecas, Hidalgo and Mexico City.

During a small ceremony, Dr. Luxana Reynaga Ornelas; Academic Secrteary of Campus; welcomed the students and invited them to continue in the path of student mobility, assuring that it will be an experience for life, besides knowing another language, new friendships and professional collaboration links.

Likewise, authorities from the three academic divisions were present. From the Division of Health Sciences, M.A. Maria del Pilar Fernández Carrasco; Teaching Coordinator, commented the main activities that this Division does as well as the venues where they give the educational programs that the 16 exchange will course in the health area.

Related to the Division of Social Sciences and Humanities, the presentation was in charge of Dr. Demetrio Feria Arroyo; Academic Secretary, in his intervention commented on the academic capacity the Division presents mainly by the redesign of educational programs of Political Science and Public Management, Territory Development and Management, Social Work, and Sociology. He punctualized the professionalism of its academic staff and the relationship with institutions and important research centers such as the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences Mexico (FLACSO), Colegio de México and UNAM.

From the Division of Science and Engineering, Dr. David Yves Ghislain Delepine; Director of the Division mentioned the great work from the researchers, as well as the quality of the educational offer from the engineering area.

Finally, they invited the students on a tour by the venue San Carlos with support from the School Affairs Coordination.
