Guanajuato, Gto., August 12, 2016.- As part of the activities of the Division of Law, Politics and Government of Campus Guanajuato, there was the closing ceremony of the World Congress of Administrative Law with a conference titles "Corruption as a felony of humanity."

The event held in the Council Hall of the University of Guanajuato's Central Building, enclosure where Dr. Agustín Gordillo granted a talk where he remarked the importance to fight against corruption by implementing justice.

The previous, was said as a reference to the relevance of the fulfillment of the human right to no corruption. The public listened an academic speech where he made a tour through history, speaking on different government systems and economic systems that have existed in the world, to have a general context of how corruption was instated in many countries and how currently strategies are being executed to fight it.

After the conference, Dr. Jorge Fernández Ruíz received a c recognition, coordinator of the 1st World Congress of Administrative Law "The fight against corruption" from the hands of the director of the Division of Law, Politics and Government, Dr. Teresita Rendón Huerta.

To formally close the Congress, they read the conclusions of each one of the reflection tables made during the three days of the event. The attendants agreed that the corruption is a very complex phenomenon that is not only solved socially with the application of legal sanctions.

Equally, they referred that the very own political systems of our country causes corruption, generating distrust and low credibility of society in institutions. However, they highlighted that there have been good tries to fight corruption generating an appropriate culture to suppress the malpractice and felonies.

As a general conclusion was emphasized that the corruption is a serious felony that can be qualified as a crime against humanity.
