León, Gto., August 15, 2016.- In the venue Forum of Campus León was held the certification workshop "Advanced recruiter" where representatives from the Online Career Center (OCC), the largest on line job-board in the country, trained personnel from companies of Financial Group Inbursa, Provident, Aretina Company, among others.

The company OCC and the University of Guanajuato (UG) have a collaboration agreement that allows UG grads to find job offers, or the ideal places to apply their knowledge through practices, internships or social service.

With the certification workshop began a new era of collaboration between the University of Guanajuato (UG) and the company to join efforts and contribute in improving the job situation in the region; OCC is a leader business in personnel selection processes and talent attraction that is present in a large number of countries.

M. Laura Lozano, Coordinator of Liaison of Campus León, gave a welcome message to OCC representatives and the attendees to the workshops, where she highlighted the importance of the University of Guanajuato in the region, as well as the quality of the educative programs offered by the institution and the mission the student have once they become grads and make their career.

"For our institution it is very important to have a wide educational offer with programs focused on covering the social needs, at the University of Guanajuato the number of graduates is not an exorbitant number and it is because we don't seek quantity, but quality in our professionals," she remarked.

On her part, Lic. Karen Hernández, representative of Public Relations from OCC, assured that there are permanent bonds with the University of Guanajuato, and that they have future plans to make collaborative works. In addition, she sustained that the University of Guanajuato grads have the best profile to develop in the professional life.
